Broken

Posted by KennysComiks - 1 day ago

Uh okay to be serious for once, I think somethings is broken about me (ゝω・´★)

I know i act the same everywhere and nobody (including you people's :3) can tell, but I totally do I think it's taking a toll.

I'm constantly getting my headaches (EW I THOUGHT THOSE WERE OVER), I totally hate blood and always think my nose is going to bleed because I can smell it and I've been coughing blood out, more then usual, I'm overheating, and I feel like I will vomit at anything.

Yes I know this is gross and you're like "Kendall why are you talking about this" but it's just because I'm scared to tell my parents or anyone really. But I don't know any of you! So I feel fine XD

So if you have anything to explain this please tell me (;´Д⊂)

Or don't! It's not like I'll stop doing anything because if it hasn't affected me then nothings wrong! I like being a drama queen from time to time ig!

maybe its an infection or just something in general about the digestive s ystem considering you cough up blood and have the urge to vomit. couldve been something you a te (note : i am not a doctor because im too much of a dumbass to be one)

also i like blood because of how many times i got hurt, got used to it (aaaawesome..)

Yeah I've gotten a bunch of doctor visits but nobody finds anything wrong :(

And I have a phobia of blood because of when I was too little. That's why I draw blood pink and not red! It doesn't help how clumsy I am and I have to see it alot (traumatizationnnnnnnnnnnn)

Why are you scared to tell your parents? I think you need to let someone know what's happening. Coughing up blood is not normal and usually indicates something more serious

But yeah blood sucks, every time I have blood drawn I pretty much pass out, my body gets real weird when I lose my life force lol

I don't know why I'm scared lolz just am

And too help with blood type subjects or seeing or getting your blood drawn, I just talk about dumb stuff. The last time I got blood drawn i started saying "atleast i get a cool bandaid from this." It helps alot :)

You should have mentioned the doctor visits in the main posts, because I was literally about to suggest just that.

I am not a medical professional. But concerning your "phobia of blood"...
Have you ever looked into what a "syncope" is? ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syncope_(medicine) ) A friend of mine has a "neurally mediated syncope". If you have a vivid imagination, thoughts (or smell) of blood can trigger lightheadedness, dizziness, or even cause them to black out. (That was just once though and I was not present. Other factors might have played into that one.)

As for the headaches... If you've been taking 'acetylsalicylic acid' ("Aspirin"), try out Paracetamol or Ibuprofen - which tend to be very affordable, btw. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paracetamol | https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibuprofen )
Check the package insert/"patient information leaflet" for the right dosage and possible side effects.

I had a lot of headaches when I was young. They were _the_worst_ and I never figured out what caused them. For me, the frequency drastically went down after I started taking "headache medicine", but I still get around 8 headaches per year. I medicate, take it slow, drink plenty of water, go to bed early, and try to take it slow the next day. And then life goes on. No big deal.

What worked for me will not necessarily work for you. When it comes to medicine, effectiveness and side effects can vary widely. Human bodies aren't all the same and there are no "cure alls".

'Taking advice from strangers on the internet' is already a gamble.
'Taking advice from strangers on the internet concerning health topics' is _bound_ to get you some "unwise" or even _outright_dangerous_ pieces of advice! Often enough from people who "mean well".
Do your own research! And 'do talk' to your local pharmacist. Pharmacist are not just shop clerks - in their field of expertise (pharmacy), they 'can' easily be more experienced than your family doctor. "Can"; not "will absolutely". If a recommendation of theirs sounds risky to you, get a second opinion before you start trying it.

I hope this helps you. But if you want help in the future, use the word "help" in the title for better visibility. I only noticed this post by chance.

Yeha but it's been getting better since I started taking the medicine I got prescribed, My friend thinks it's because she smashed a volleyball into my neck. It probably was from that, but idk I just mentioned it in a news post because I was watching too many horror movies and I saw too much blood 😅

@KennysComiks "i don't even need to have my blood drawn, I'm just here for the bandaid and apple juice"

@GrapheneKid "I is here for waiting room toys *I miss them :(*"
